Move-Up Buyers
Your down payment is sitting inside the house you already live in, which makes this two transactions that have to line up. We plan the order before either home goes on the market — what sells first, what you carry in between, and what we do if one moves faster than the other.
Relocating to Colorado Springs
You are choosing a neighborhood from a few states away, off listing photos and a school rating. I walk homes on video, tell you what the photos leave out, and give you the honest version of what each part of town is like to actually live in.
Military & VA Buyers
A report date does not move because the market is busy. I work around house-hunting leave, orders that change, and the VA loan itself — no down payment required, as long as the sale price does not come in above the appraised value.
