Nobody moves for a house. They move for a job, a baby, a school, a parent who needs help nearby. Three careers taught me to listen for that — Army veteran, clinical systems trainer, Bachelor of Innovation in finance — and eleven years as a broker haven’t changed the work: ask before I advise, price it straight, negotiate hard, answer the phone.
